Change of Mind Returns
We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
3. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
We will not accept change of mind returns for swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics, gift cards or any items purchased from the “Sale” section of our website.
You will receive credit for the cost of what you paid from that purchase. This credit will last for a period of 6 months from the date of the return.
FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
1. If an item is faulty, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, give credit or provide a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will issue a credit (lasting 6 months from date of return) the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;
2. You must provide your name and address;
3. The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics or stock clearance items; and
4. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
If any of these conditions are not met, we are legally allowed to refuse refund or credit.
